I remember the times when getting an Indian visa from Bangladesh was not problem at all.But now days getting an Visa for India which just next door is sometimes more difficult than other far way countries.Despite the SAARC meetings and will for further  co-operation among the SAARC countries.I guess I don't understand the aim of SAARC .But I think there should be no-visa requirement for SAARC countries' citzens traveling within SAARC countries.But this is upto the political elite.

Anyway, this is procedure as follows:
   1.Go to http://www.ivacbd.com/.
   2.Click the link called:Online Visa Application.
   3.Read the instructions carefully.
   4.Click Online Visa Application Form
   5.The Following Page will come:

6.Make sure to fill information correctly according    
7.Make sure you have an MCR Passport.(esp.if you are a Bangladeshi).
 (For Bangladeshis only)

8.If you dont have a passport:then get one.
9.For a new passport: MCR.Go to the government site:Department of Immigration and Passports.

11a.Complete remaining pages and an appointment date will be given.
11b.Make sure:

•  you have endorsed your passport for USD:150.
• If you have not already,get it endorsed from BRAC Bank near Indian Embassy.

Voter ID/or some significant ID.12.Make 2 photocopy of passport.13.Deposit application form and passport in embassy.14.Hopefully come at 2 days later around 4:00 Pm or later.Else modify mistake.:)
